Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All skincare orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be fulfilled the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard (U.S.): 3–5 business days

  • Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs for international orders.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. If we cannot ship to your address, we’ll notify you promptly.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking info within 48 hours, please contact us at [organicsolution.co@gmail.com

Return Policy

Because skincare products are personal-use and hygiene items, we have a limited return policy to ensure product safety and quality.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (required) 

If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
